Add QJsonValue/QCborValue::toStringView()

    Description

      The QJsonValue::toString() functions could get companion toStringView() functions that return views into the internal string storage (which may be US-ASCII, UTF-8, or UTF-16, so needs QAnyStringView). Ditto QCborValue.
