Create Qt Installer alias packages for MSVC binaries

    Description

      Currently, the install Qt via CLI alias packages only install the MinGW prebuilt binaries on Windows. The MSVC prebuilt binaries are not available for installation via alias packages. The suggestion is to create and make available alias packages for the MSVC prebuilt binaries.
