QT_QML_GENERATE_QMLLS_INI doesn't update file if build directory changes

Setting QT_QML_GENERATE_QMLLS_INI correctly generates a .qmlls.ini file in the source directory.

The contents of this file correctly mentions the current build directory.

However, if you try to build another cmake preset, which uses another build directory, the file is not regenerated and still mentions the old build directory.
