Windows: Combine native prototype with Qt

Combine the native prototype form QTBUG-133864 with Qt.

• Recreate all steps that are done by the native build system manually or with cmake.
• Add Qt dependencies to the example
• Trigger a Qt signal / QEvent / QMessageBox when a notification is received.
