QtPDF spdx files not included in MinGW content

      Install Qt 6.9.0 MinGW binaries, including QtPDF with Qt online installer. Finish install and see the installed content. QtPDF binaries are installed, but not the spdx files:
      installed:

      mingw_64\lib\libQt6Pdf.a
mingw_64\lib\libQt6PdfQuick.a
mingw_64\lib\libQt6PdfWidgets.a

      not installed:

      mingw_64\sbom\qtpdf-6.9.0.source.spdx
mingw_64\sbom\qtpdf-6.9.0.spdx
mingw_64\sbom\qtpdf-6.9.0.spdx.json

      Same with LLVM-MinGW.
