Content of webengine apps could not be renderd due to'V8 process OOM (Failed to reserve virtual memory for CodeRange)'

MacOS 15.3.1 (Apple M4 Pro)

Qt Creator 15.0.1

Qt 6.9.0b3

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run any webengine example app, e.g. nano browser 

Expected: The app runs and is functional.

Actual: An app window appears but the content cannot be rendered. See attached video.

[98371:259:0224/192914.271900:ERROR:v8_initializer.cc(792)] V8 process OOM (Failed to reserve virtual memory for CodeRange).
qml: Render process exited with code 5 (killed) 

NOTE: The app works fine when run with Qt 6.8.2.

Reproducibility:  100%
