Description
There is a regression - video cannot be played after recording.
Can be reproduced on declarative-example on Pixel 8 device
There are logs that pointing the issue on shader:
W/default : Failed to link shader program: L0001 The fragment structure variable ubuf does not match the vertex variable ubuf. W/default : The table members count does not match. W/default : W/default : Failed to build graphics pipeline state
