Add CategoryAxis

Currently it’s possible to change the labelFormat of value axis labels, but it would be nice to have a way to set any number or string as a label not dependent on the values in the series. For this a CategoryAxis would be good, where also the label position can be defined; center of the category / high end limit of the category.
