[iOS] Text entered into text field gets duplicated while trying to move the cursor on it

MacOS 15.3.1

Qt Creator 15.0.1

Qt 6.9.0b3

Device: iPhone simulator 18.3

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open quick controls gallery example
2. Run the app on iOS device or simulator
3. Open the TextField page (could be also TextArea or Dialog)
4. Write any text.
5. Tap and hold on the field
6. Once the loupe appears, move the cursor in the middle of the text.

Expected: The cursor is moved and placed in the middle of the text entered.

Actual: The entered text gets multiplied. See the attached video for details. 

NOTE: I couldn't reproduce it on iOS 17.5, so it seems to be an iOS version-specific issue.
