QSG_NO_VSYNC has no effect since Qt 6.9

      I regularly need to have Vsync disabled in my software and noticed this flag wasn't working since Qt 6.9

      Qt 6.8.1 works as expected when I configure qputenv("QSG_NO_VSYNC","1")

      Vsync gets disabled.

       

      But on Qt 6.9 and Qt6.10 it does not
