[QuickLite] QtBase feature analysis

QtBase provides ~200 feature options.

Identify the prominent features that can be disabled, while still
allowing the reference applications to remain fully functional.
Some new features may need to be introduced, some features may need
fixing, and some features may need splitting. The work needed for these
is not included this in the scope of this task.

In addition identify if there are prominent features that are kept enabled
for the sake of remaining general-purpose-enough, but which we'll document that each
application developer can assess whether or not they need them.
