Description
Identify the prominent features that can be disabled, while still
allowing the reference applications to remain fully functional.
In addition identify if the prominent features that are kept enabled
for the sake of remaining general-purpose-enough, but which we'll document that each
application developer can assess whether or not they need them. Examples include
Quick Control styles, Quick Controls themselves, XmlHttpRequests
