Write a minimal server side application to send push notifications

Use the QNetworkAccessManager-based test applications to write a small server application that takes Microsoft / Apple / Firebase keys and triggers a push notification on all three test application. Reuse the dll you were building for the tests.

This is mostly for presentation purposes.
