Underline persists in the html from QTextEdit, meaning WYSIWYG is no longer true.

      Reproduction steps:

      1. Download attached CMake project zip file persistent-underline-html-bug.zip
      2. Unzip, compile & run the program
      3. Select all text, click the button "Underline"
      4. Observe that all text loses underline (except the "1." but that couldn't be selected)
      5. Click the button "Reset"
      6. Observe that the last two lines become underlined again (expectation would be the text would remain not underlined)
