Modal dialog looks disabled

    Description

      When I run the Qt 6.9-based build of Qt Creator (https://download.qt.io/snapshots/qtcreator_qtsnapshot_6.9.0/16.0/16.0.0/233/ using the snapshot from Qt 6.9.0 available in the night to 6.3., qt5 9babd801690fea67028dcb1ee0be68c357f41b06 ?)
      and open the Preferences dialog, the first time it opens it looks disabled though everything is clickable. The second time it looks normal, but it switches again to look disabled after selecting another category.
