Description
With documentation being machine-translated to various languages, there's a need to mark certain strings to be exempt from translation, in a context-specific manner (for example, 'Apple').
Formatting command such as \c (code) will also prevent translation for its argument, but there's a need for a command that controls translation only, without affecting text formatting.
