    Description

      After updating version 6.8.1 to 6.8.2, video recording on Galaxy A30s, Readmi Note 8 devices fails, logs are below:

      W/qt.multimedia.ffmpeg.videoencoder(26326): Couldn't open video encoder "hevc_mediacodec" ; result: "Invalid argument"

      Issue can be reproduced with declarative-camera example
