qdoc: delimiters surrounding alt text are in the generated HTML attribs.

    Description

      All of the example usages of \inlineimage have {} or "" around the alt text.
      Those delimiters should NOT be included/escaped in the generated alt= or title= attributes.

      Currently they are.
