Fusion style: SH_EtchDisabledText in disable QMenu looks blurry

When a QMenu entry is painted disabled in dark style, the text looks blurry as can be seen in the widgetsgallery example here:

This is the only place where SH_EtchDisabledText is used within fusion so I would suggest to disable it completely (and maybe remove the branch for SH_EtchDisabledText) for fusion.
