QtGraphs Scatter Plot Features In Surface Graphs

Since it is not possible to mix scatter and surface plots, it would be great if we could annotate surface plots with scatter-plot-like elements to display vector fields. Currently, scatter plots are not yet usable for displaying vector fields but there are requests for support. If the individual length of arrows of a scatter plot could be controlled, the same feature could be made available on surface plots, too.
