When the text selected in the TextField, the selection handle will appear at the starting and ending of the text selected. This handle posses a higher z order and appears on top of any toplevel item overlapping the text.

The handles shouldnot appear above any of the top item.
Either selection should be gone when overlapped with a top level item or z -order of the handles should be reduced
