Remove mentioning of Qt Quick Designer in Qml documentation

      Various places in Qt Qml documentation mention Qt Quick Designer. We're not supporting Qt Quick Designer as part of Qt Creator really, but instead focus on Qt Design Studio. So we should establish whether we should refer to Qt Design Studio in these places, instead:
