[REG 5.14 → 6] Image drawn using QPainter distorts when scaling up

Very simple image drawn using QPainter gets distorted when changing display scale to 125% or 150% and starts becoming blurry and looks broken.

Attached simple example which you run and load the image. then change the display scaling from 100 to higher and see lines gets distorted
