Aliased rendering of resized, rotated png image

      Open the svg image from 631115 and look at the square in the lower right corner. It shows significant aliasing:

      It looks the same on LanceBot.

      This seems to be result of combining rotating and resizing the original png image.When I remove one of those effects, the rendering looks better.

      Firefox renders the image much nicer:
