Hitting Enter on blank line in QTextEdit doesn't add paragraph when QTextBlockFormat present

When you have blocks formatted with QTextBlockFormat, and you hit enter on a blank line, it doesn't add a new paragraph/line. It actually removes a line/block and adds a new one with default formatting. See minimal example attached.
