Windows paths parsed wrong for QtBuildInternalsExtra.cmake

When trying to configure android_content_uri test app, configuration fails due wrongly parsed Windows paths, See error: android_content_uri_configuration.txt

The error seems to happen only when you configure the project for the first time. CMakeLists.txt selected from Files -> 'Open File or Project...' -> Browse and select C:\Qt\6.9.0\Src\qtbase\tests\manual\android_content_uri\CMakeLists.txt
There is no CMakeLists.txt.user or build folder.
If you close the project after error and reload the project, everything works fine. Can be replicated again, by deleting CMakeLists.txt and build folder.
