Add a QApplication::setTextDirection() to complement setLayoutDirection()

    Description

      Add a QApplication::setTextDirection() to complement setLayoutDirection() so that all the text directions can be changed to a default for the whole application. In addition to this, having a corresponding -textReverse command argument option would also complement the -reverse option too.
