When this task is finished I will be able to:

   • Take as input the dependency graph for the output assembly
   • Output "dummy" content based on the input
2. Add the "dummy" code generation to the project build
   • Handcrafted integration into the build process
3. Verify that the output corresponds to expected results
4. Verify that the code generation is only triggered in case of changes to the output or reference assemblies
   • Incremental build
