Qt Quick for .NET: Native code for type in assembly

When this task is finished I will be able to:

1. Verify that native code for each type in the assembly dependency graph is generated.
2. Verify that the native code generation is only triggered for a given type in case of changes to that type in the output or reference assemblies
   • Incremental build
3. Add native build step to project build
   • Handcrafted integration into the build process
4. Verify that the native binaries are written to the output folder
5. Verify that the native build is only triggered if any of the native code is also generated
   • Incremental build
6. Start the native host, if applicable
   • Verify that the .NET app is started and the managed Main() method is called
