When this task is finished I will be able to:

1. Manually import the Qt Quick for .NET build targets into a C# project
2. Build the C# project and verify that the Qt/.NET host is used instead of the default
3. Author C# code annotated with interop attributes
4. Build the C# project and verify that native binaries for annotated types have been created
5. Run the app and verify that the C# backend is integrated with the Qt Quick UI
