PostgreSQL 9.0 will add payloads to notifications. I'd suggest to add this payloads parameter also to QSqlDriver::notification.
As the pgNotify.extra parameter in libpq exists also in older postgresql, this addition should also compile with older postgresql version. Payload will be in that case empty string.
