Document `pkg-config` as build requirement for Linux/X11

      When building Qt for Linux/X11 from source, the build must be configured with `-pkg-config` to be able to create the `PkgConfig::XKB_COMMON_X11` target.

      It would be beneficial to document this requirement in https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/linux.html.
