Handler docs should explain when to use pointerType vs deviceType and acceptedDevices vs acceptedPointerTypes

It's not clear when to use https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qml-qtquick-taphandler.html#acceptedDevices-prop vs https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qml-qtquick-taphandler.html#acceptedPointerTypes-prop.

A similar issue exists for https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qml-qtquick-pointerdevice.html#deviceType-prop and https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qml-qtquick-pointerdevice.html#pointerType-prop.

It would be good to have an explanation of why you'd use one over the other so that we can encourage best practices.
