QtSvg Benchmark

The Svg benchmark (https://github.com/qt/qtsvg/blob/dev/tests/benchmarks/svg/qsvgrenderer/tst_qsvgrenderer.cpp) is very basic, it checks only the tiger.svg, has no cmake build and is not run for the dashboard.

Considering the importance for this module and ongoing development it should be benchmarked regularly and in more detail:

• Test 1.1 Full features (mostly mask and filters)
• Test Parsing and Rendering separately

Reach out to QA to add this benchmark to the repeatedly run tests.
