QtPdf doc - broken link & missing information

The link to 'Platform notes' on https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtpdf-index.html is broken. It should point to https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtpdf-platformnotes.html
Also, afaics QtPdf is not available for Windows/MinGW since it's part of QtWebEngine - this should be added to the platform notes.
The platform notes for QtWebEngine also don't mention that it does not compile with MinGW - this should also be added here: https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtwebengine-platform-notes.html#windows

We have such questions about missing features for MinGW very often in the forum (last one: https://forum.qt.io/topic/161496 ) so it should be at least properly documented so we can link to the documentation.
