macos: Voice over on tables doesn't navigate / give position information

On the attached code we can navigate with the Control+Option+Arrows inside the list, but there is no way to get that information back to the application so then the user reaches the edge of the table and would need the viewport to scroll that does not happen.

If you check the Numbers macos application that works fine, so there seems to be a way toget that information from the accessibility framework back to the application.
