Support shorthand CSS syntax for animations

The way how this works is that, values defined as strings should be checked against the supported values by animation properties like fill mode and direction. If none found, then this string will be used as the animation name. This means, at least a boilerplate could that parses those existing values should be created before supporting the shorthand CSS syntax for animations.
