Document plugin targets and plugin names

    Description

      Users of the qt_import_plugins function (and soon the CMake deployment API) need to know the target names of available Qt plugins (and soon their output names for deployment as well).

      Currently, the only way to know these names is to peek into CMake project files.

      The plugins should be listed per module in the documentation. Ideally, this would be somehow automatically generated.
