[REG 6.8.3->6.9.0] MSVC2022 x64: Widget Designer crash when QWebEngineView is dragged to canvas

      Install Qt 6.9.0 MSVC2022 x64 content, launch bin\designer.exe.

      Scroll down on the widget list to locate QWebEngineView widget and drag-n-drop it to the canvas -> designer crashes.

      Does not reproduce with other widgets.

      Does not reproduce on linux.
