Android visual Glitches on 6.8.2+

With different Qt6 applications I experienced rendering issues which lead to unusable applications, I've had the issue with my main phone (Moto G73), and old tablet, but not a new tablet that I have, except for the old tablet they run Android 14.

This issue does not happen in Qt6.8.1, 6.8.2/3 and 6.9 rc are all affected, an interesting behavior is that it works fine only on the first run right after being deployed. If I go and clear the App cache it also starts fine, which led me to thinking it was qmlcache issue, maybe it is, 
but this should prevent it then, and it doesn't:
qputenv("QML_DISABLE_DISK_CACHE", "0");

BTW I'm not sure I picked the right Qt component here.
