Windows Deployment documentation is outdated

The Windows Deployment documentation at https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/windows-deployment.html#linking-the-application-to-the-static-version-of-qt is outdated:

• it should be split into QMake and CMake sections
• the CMake section should use the CMake deployment API that automatically calls windeployqt
• the QMake section should maybe use jom instead of nmake
