Output color changes if anohter item exists in the scene when rendering to grayscale QPaintDevice target

To reproduce, run attached example and see the output. Then toggle the visible property of the smaller Rectangle and run again.

The output changes. It is 0x5a when it is the only one Rectangle visible, but as when the smaller Rectangle is made visible, the value oddly changes to 0x64.
