Linguist tool on Qt Account downloads is out-of-date, needs regular maintenance

The Qt Linquist tool available for users under Customer Portal (did not check OSS portal) is outdated, version 5.12.x. 

Qt Framework and Tools Agreement  The Qt Licensing Guide v1.8.pdf section 3.1.4.4 Professional translators and internalization personnel. This exception is also mentioned in the public FAQ.

Due to this need and permission to mix this is often requested by our customers. I have been wondering why. Turns out reason is that the tools we provide is no longer the sensible version of that tool.
