Unified toolbar bottom border sometimes duplicated, and sometimes missing

      When disabling/hiding toolbars. See attached video. Sometimes we get an extra border. Sometimes we get no border. When no toolbar is enabled, we get no border at the top to separate the titlebar from the rest of the window either.
