Rendering glitches with AMD GPU and Vulkan backend

    Description

      With QSG_RHI_BACKEND=vulkan set I see severe graphical glitches on canvas elements of sites that use WebGL.

      Some test sites:

      This issue was raised in QTBUG-123607 and it looks like it's probably AMD GPU specific.

      Disabling GBM via QTWEBENGINE_FORCE_USE_GBM=0 resolves this issue, so that might be a lead to follow.
