QSystemTrayIcon activated signal hits twice under some conditions

    Description

      Have some Qt app with QSystemTrayIcon::activated signal hooked up.

      Minimize the app to tray area (only tray icon is visible, main app window is hidden).

      Hit keyboard shortcut `Win+B` and navigate to our tray icon with arrow buttons.

      Hit `Enter`.

      The signal now hits twice.
