On Windows11 if QComboBox is editable the border is not rendered.

    Description

      User reported that on Windows 11 when a QComboBox is made editable, border is not rendered. But same combo box has border if it is not editable. It is same for many widgets like QSpinBox. Same code works well in windows 10.
