TapHandler receives events in the background when a pop-up window is active when using an active stylus.
To reproduce the issue, use an active stylus (reproduced with a Galaxy S Pen) and follow the steps below:
Run the attached example project.
Click on the "Show popup" button and then click on the "Change label" button while the popup is active.
