QPalette::AlternateBase color return bad color for widows 11 style

    Description

      QPalette::color () function with QPalette::AlternateBase return white color in dark mode and black color in light mode

      Furthermore in Qt designer shown palette is right but tooltip is #ffffff in dark mode and #000000 in light mode

      it seems bad only for windows 11 syle

      with windowsvista style returned color is good.
