Streamline QSvgNode::draw() function

As rlohning pointed out [here](https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtsvg/+/531968), there are multiple code paths where buffers are created and modified. One could maybe merge the creating of these buffers and then remove some layers of if-else-ry.
